3.2 For Store Owners

When you sell products or services on InStoore, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and pricing for all items
• Maintain adequate inventory of listed items
• Process and fulfill orders promptly
• Handle customer service inquiries professionally
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of your products
• Keep your store information up to date, including city, category, and contact details
• Respect user privacy and handle customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

4. Payments and Fees

InStoore charges store owners a service fee for transactions completed through our platform. Buyers are not charged any additional fees beyond the listed price and applicable delivery fees.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Delivery fees may vary based on the origin city of the store and the destination city of the buyer. These fees are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before order completion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InStoore and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Morocco and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of InStoore.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
