• Payment is due upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
• You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase.
• Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
• Legal warranty applies to all products (conformity and hidden defects).

Store owners must comply with the E-Commerce Platform Rules which include product quality standards, order fulfillment obligations, and compliance with Moroccan consumer protection law.
